The AM 12 is a 12" + horn speaker system in active 2-way configuration:
a 300 W power amplifier for the Lo- and a 60 W power amplifier for the Hi-range. It additionally houses a small mixer (Mic, Line, AUX) and an acoustic processing section DYNACORD
